The project titled "Yes Boss For Stock Management System" is a Widows Application System that Contains Billing with Printout formatting, Stock Purchasing, Sales Report, Purchase Report, Bill Transaction Details and Dealer Contact Details.

        The Yes Boss for Stock Maintenance gives update details of the stock to the Administrator with the security provided. It shows the alert messages of the stock availability, Daily and Monthly sales Report, voucher report and highest moved Product. The Project starts with entering the stock details with the price, no of units and vat % if present. Then it moves to the Discount Calculation if needed otherwise to the billing section. It also records the details of the Dealers entry. After providing with the bill we can refer to the daily sales report and how many products have been moved for the day/month and also the highest moved product given with the secret key. The Cancellation of Products and the voucher bill entry are also taken into the counter. This project developed in the environment of .NET using C#. For validation using JAVA scripts. The databases are maintained in the MS Access Database.

Detailed description of module:

    Invoice Bill

        In this we can view automatically the available stock for the selected product item for the purpose of avoiding the bill of unavailable stock. Additionally we can allow discount to the customer if Administrator is interested. The Cancellation of the bill entry is made. Finally we can receive a bill with printout format.

    Available Stock Information's

        In this the Administrator can view available status of all the goods. It is possible to change the unit price of the product and can edit the available stock of a particular product.

    New product Entry

         In this we enter the new product with the unit price and no of units purchased for the easy process of billing. Additionally we can change our VAT % for billing.

     Sales Report

         In this the Administrator can view the total goods sold day/month, total sold amount of day/month and can view highest moved item of the day/month with the secret key.

    Dealer Contact

         In this we can view the dealer contact details and we can add new dealer for our contacts.
